It has always been a dream of Brian Pieri, the owner, to run a small neighborhood restaurant in his hometown of 8 years, Conshohocken. With Brian’s infectious and jovial personality, you can be sure he will be at the door to meet and greet the customers.
In the midst of all the economic turmoil of 2009, Brian decided to do what most people were avoiding, establishing a new business in a town that he has grown to love. In tandem with lifelong friend, Jim Maglio, who brings extensive restaurant experience to the table, and executive chef Jason Lipnicki, they recycled one of Conshohocken’s older, more dilapidated establishments into one of its warmest and most stylish neighborhood restaurants and bar.
Together, they decided to truly strive to make The StoneRose an authentic, neighborhood establishment, from the lavish menu with ingredients and dishes supported from local neighborhood communities, to the beer list, which on tap is 100% local from some of the country’s best craft breweries, located right here in the city of brother love.
With Conshohocken’s ONLY open air dinning setting, The StoneRose is the ultimate neighborhood destination. Join us at our 15 seat bar for an after work drink during our popular happy hours, or dine in our more intimate back room for a quieter occasion.
